Large eggs, vegetable oil, water, butter, salt (optional), milk (differs for GF and egg/dairy-free mixes).

Electric mixer (or hand whisk), large and small mixing bowl, spatula, knife and measuring cup.

Optional extras:
* Angled cake spatula for spreading icing

* Our signature Gingerbread Spice Mix (cake flavouring)
