Inspired by the love of baking, our life-sized Christmas gingerbread house features handmade giant lollies, gingerbread people, a whimsical bakery-themed garden, delicious cookie scent, music and a fun tale of the North Crumb Gingerbread Bakery at Christmas.

Most of the decorations you will see are handmade. Throughout 2025 we've been planning and putting together what you see today.

Perfects the bakery’s finishing touches adding colourful gumdrops to every festive treat.
Crumbs
The Messy One
Drops crumbs in every corner of the bakery. Keeps everyone laughing with her clumsy charm.
Spicey
The Naughty One
Plays cheeky pranks, swapping sugar for salt, hiding gumdrops or adding too much spice on purpose just to see Chewsy's face when tasting the mixture.
Sprinkles
The Joyful One
Loves tossing sprinkles in the air like confetti. Giggles constantly and keeps the bakery filled with laughter.
Toasty
The Cosy One
Carefully monitors each batch of cookies making sure they come out perfectly golden and delightfully crisp, all while humming cheerful tunes and sipping his hot chocolate.
Chewsy
The Taste-Tester
Can’t resist nibbling the gingerbread dough or sampling cookies fresh from the oven. Knows exactly when the recipe is “just right.”

The Bakery Dog
Alerts the bakery when Santa arrives and performs a sniff test to ensure every treat leaving the North Crumb is perfect. Happily nibbles and sweeps up any stray crumbs.
