What we are shipping
2-3kg of goodies are packed into each and every kit, which means we are sending large and heavy packages.
Locations
We ship our products Australia wide and internationally to New Zealand. Some products cannot be shipped to New Zealand due to customs restrictions. These products will not be able to be purchased at checkout. See product for details.

Flat rate - standard or express shipping options (per cake kit)
Overnight shipping may be available on request
Local delivery available for those within 3km of our dispatch site

Order processing times
1-3 business days (standard kits)
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packing. Once you have placed your order and payment has been received, your order will be dispatched within 3 business days. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be notified. Please note this timeframe excludes custom cakes.
Australian shipping times
Standard shipping takes 3-6 business days Australia wide*
Express shipping takes 1-4 business days Australia wide*
*excludes WA, TAS, regional/rural areas, which may take longer
Overnight express delivery may be available to your location, please get in touch if you require this service (this usually costs $60 per kit)
Local delivery will be completed within standard shipping timeframes. Safe drop must be available at the postal address. There will only be one attempt at delivery. Deliveries are contactless.
International delivery to New Zealand
Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days*
Express shipping takes 5-7 business days*
*Please note that deliveries may take longer than expected if held up in customs.
Delivery is performed within the deadlines provided for direct delivery to the addressee or, if the addressee is absent, by a notice informing him/her of the availability of the parcel.
Restrictions:
Certain cake kits cannot be shipped internationally due to their contents (i.e. dried edible flowers). Please refer to product page information about each kit to check.

Common shipping FAQs
I would like to follow up my parcel with the delivery company, who do I contact?
Check your shipping confirmation email as this will have shipping details such as the tracking number and the company being used to ship your purchase. We recommend you contact the delivery company directly and reference this tracking number. If you are still having issues locating your parcel, please get in touch with us and we will do the best we can to help.
What makes up the shipping cost?
Each kit weighs 2-3kg and is shipped in a large cake box to fit all those goodies in. Shipping of these bulky cartons are costly, however, compared to similar bulky items, we think you will be pleasantly surprised at our competitive pricing.
I need my cake kit next week, will Standard Shipping be okay?
If you need your order quickly, we recommend the Express Shipping option (1-4 business days) or overnight express shipping (if available) as Standard Shipping time varies. Please refer to our shipping duration section above for estimated shipping times and options.
What is overnight express shipping?
Delivery of an item within 24-48 hrs (dependant on location). This is a shipping option that may be available to you if you require your purchase urgently. If you would like to use this option, please get in touch with us for more information.
