What is the pre-made icing option?
Our pre-made icing is a ready-to-use vegan and gluten-free icing that can be coloured and flavoured. This icing is similar in texture to Swiss meringue buttercream and less sweet than our standard American buttercream recipe. By selecting our pre-made icing option you will no longer require the ingredients to make your buttercream and you won't need to physically make it. You will just need to colour it.


You'll Need

Ingredients:
Large eggs, vegetable oil, water, salt (optional), butter, milk (dairy-free milk and butter used with eggless mix).
You will not need butter and milk if you choose the pre-made icing mix.

Tools:
Electric mixer (or hand whisk), large mixing bowl, spatula, knife and measuring cup.
