So fun!

I’m an experienced baker, but with a newborn baby at home I didn’t want to put extra pressure on myself to make my 2 year olds birthday cake from scratch!
This cake turned out so well, really delicious. It probably took an extra 30 minutes in the oven to bake, but perhaps that’s an issue with my oven.
We changed the design to match his favourite toy 🥰 worked a treat!
